It all begins with a simple form where you tell us about the key aspects of your project: what it consists of, what stage it’s at, what legal protection it has (if any), and what goals you’re pursuing. The more information you provide, the more accurate our analysis will be.
2. Analysis and Roadmap
Based on the information received, our team studies the project and draws up a tailored Roadmap: a document identifying the steps to follow, the opportunities detected, and the Kodigo Solutions services best suited to your needs (Innovation Broker, Agent/Representation, or Audiovisual Tech, among others).

3. Formalizing the Collaboration
If you decide to hire our services based on the proposed Roadmap, we will send you all the necessary legal documentation to ensure maximum confidentiality and legal security: a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), a services contract, and any other documents corresponding to the agreed collaboration.
